Law for tinted windows?

If so, I beeped at him while the cops were inspecting his car, not realising the cops were at the back measuring his number plates...needless to say they were annoyed with me, who just drove them with illegal plates!

Yeah it was Russ! Poor sod. They pulled him for the plates and then noticed the windows afterwards.
