Newbie Silver GTi

Post by onq »

Big hello to all, im a new 6n GTi owner, just bought the car today and im pretty pleased so far, well apart from the massive left leg i now have from the heavy clutch :D

Not really sure what mods have been done to the car an what is standard so i was hoping people in the know could help me. Looking at the wheels they look like split rims but i thought they would be expensive.

Anyway here is a few pics and im mark by the way

Hello :) Welcome to the site.

First of all it's a 6N2 Polo GTi that you've got. The 6N is the model below yours :)

Looks a nice polo you've got like. It's not standard anyway, the mods I can pick out are.. Coilovers (I'm assuming), grey centres on your BBS, (Yep they are split rims) front mudflaps and a driver stubby mirror.

This forum is full of helpful information on the GTi, and helpful people :) You'll learn loads of things about your car in no time.

You got any plans for it??

Welcome along dude. Yeah i agree with Emma, the wheels on it are standard to the 6n2 gti, but it looks like the insides have been sprayed a different colour. They look very nice!

What's the mileage on it?

Also you posted this at half 3 in the morning! Someone excited about getting a new car? :P

Rear lights look aftermarket too.. They are normally all red.

Looks like a really nice example..

Where about are you from?
