Yeah winter wheels are what its all about........ so where are the g60 pads and disks???

Or can you just use the bigger caliper on standard disc's??????????

Pads and disks will be getting bought from gsf I think. In no rush to get them on to be honest. Need my calipers painted too.

The G60 caliper is the same size as the GTi so I'm just using the standard GTi ones

On the hunt for some trims this weekend! So should hopefully have some updates on Sunday!!

Just dont get Mercedes Trims Emma they look terrible lol

The g60 caliper isn't the same size as the GTI. It's bigger and allows for thicker discs and pads

Do ya think? I think they look cool... Especailly the ones that Si_GTi runs...

Alex - I thought that's why you could use the GTi calipers with the carriers... Ah well you learn something new everyday.

Aye a little different. You can use GTI calipers however you can't run the pads to the minimum as they will start to wobble and be ineffective

I'm not a Fan of the Merc Trims tbh but its all personal preference.
I probably would run them with no trims

Well I acquired some cool wheel trims today (Not Merc ones, Ben! ).. Audi A6 ones.

Here's a pic sitting on one of my Alulines (Excuse the strongbow, it was in Pauls boot, not mine!)



They're 16's so will be 'modified' to fit my steelies. I'm in two minds whether they look nice, but they'll do, for winters anyway.
