Egr delete kit help

Got an allard egr delete kit and it says to blank it off by the turbo then remove the pipes but there are two pipes that are water pipes what do I do with them help asap please

i popped one of these on a year or so ago. didnt have any water pipers to blank off. it did have a couple of vacuum pipes coming from the black box that sits on top of the r/h/s suspension i just tied them up with some cable ties and it hasnt caused any problems. mine is was the pd100 so yours might be different on yours.

If the coolant is flowing in the same direction, connect them together with a metal joiner and some jubilee clips.
