Tyre recommendations

Post by Chris C »

Need to replace the two front tyres. At the minute i've got Michelin Exalto 2's all round and i don't know whether or not to go for the same or try something different. They're pricey- was quoted £70 +vat each. Any rocommendations?

Thanks

Chris

I've got Pirelli Drago's on the front at the mo.....very good tyre and pretty cheap too......I've got dunlop SP sports, that were on when i got the car, on the rear but once they are done with i'll put drago's on the rear too.

Cheers

Dave.

You can get Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3's for £70 each fitted inc VAT, and they are infinitely better than all of the above.

Or you could get some Toyo Proxes T1-S's for £50 each inc Vat and fitting, and have some real fun over the summer!!!

Seriously, get the F1's if you're going to spend 70 quid!!!

the pirelli dragos are good tyres in wet and dry
i found the toyos unbeatable in the dry but after worn a little they were pretty crap in the wet which living in the uk means most driving is in the wet :?
