I've heard stiffer ride, better handling - but I invested in them purely because my bushes are worn anyway.. Have to get round changing the rears also..

Polybushes went in today.. Handling seems nice and tight, and the ride is stiffer but actually nicer then it was before
On the hunt for rears now, Recommended upgrade
