sidelight problem

hi everyone,
i'm going to buy some blue tint sidelight and low beam bulbs, so i was checking out the car's lights to see how they would look, when i noticed that the sidelights were a little dim. when i looked closer i saw two small bulbs there and the upper one was lit only. is this a problem or what? will be visiting my dealer on monday for my first service so maybe i can get them to sort it out.

The other bulb is the Full beam. I think.
try switching it on then take another look.

yes it's the full beam. i had tried the other ones but not the full beam because i thought it would be in the bigger light housing.

Is the other bulb a parking light?? I thought the parking lights were just the sidelights, though.... At least I think they are on mine...

the bulb in the center is the high beam, the one closer to the top is the parking light.
parking light = sidelight
