@zedzo... I just took the car to the exhaust shop. Stripped the front and mde the pipes there and then. We did everything on car and just assembled the car again when they were done making the pipes.
@JIM: i have the same intercooler, it's from Seat sport.
the piping you hva to make youreself if you want it to be good.
or, Forge has made a pipingkit for this IC on the Ibiza, i have it and it's plug and play on the polo GTI also.
Just a few more pics... Car had been sold unfortunately...
New OEM VW grill from the Polo Sporty (Special model in China)
Coilovers adjusted in the front. Can go much lower but having problems with touching.
Rear coilovers can be adjusted lower but i havent had the time to do it.
So, turned the coilovers down in the rear. I cant go lower in the front as the wheels touch too much although i can go another 50mm down with the coilovers.
Also, painted my calipers red which i have been meaning to do for a while now.
Tried out this intake mod running from the fog light grill to the other side of the airbox. So on the left is PD160 and right another air intake.
And finally got a set of wheels with some semi's!
Dont mind the car. It hasnt been washed in a while.
Intake Mod. Hope it does what its suppose to! On the left is PD160 (not in pic - Removed it as i had to take out the airbox to cut) and right another air intake.
