Re: WHITE 9N, New Pics *page 3*- comment??

Post by samways-polo »

Went to a tyre place down here to get 2 new fronts put on... got the Falken ziex 912s put on they seem pretty good :) still running the sport contact 2's on the back as there was s**t loads of tread...

really annoied about the fact they discovered my tracking rod is really badly bent/buckled clearly hense why my tyres on the front scrubbed tread so quickly.. i was complelty oblivious :(
so aswell as the new tyres i now have to pay another £138 for the part and the fitment of a new tracking rod... then get it all re-tracked

eugh not my lucky day :(

Next on the list has got to be coilovers!

Detextured colour coded bumper strips can make quite a difference

Getting rid of the "polo" and "1.2" on the back will make the bootlid look cleaner

hey mate, i'm looking to get a fin aerial myself, was it easy to fit once you remove the panelling from the interior ceiling? from reading the haynes manual it says the standard aerial is just bolted on from the inside, is this the case with the fin as well or is there anything else that needs to be done to secure it or connect it?

Came across an exhaust tip that actually fits onto teh standard curved exhuast that is on the car,
it is the first one i have seen that will actually work becuase most tips are just straight.

I have just fitted it and it looks really good for the money ! makes a small amount of grunt too :D,

i really need to get some pictures up have debadged the 1.2 too :)

fitted some stickers too :P

I will try and get some pictures up soon !!!

I have finally had my Footwell lights installed :D thankyou to alexperkins, they look great, apologies to the mess on the floor, just a quick snap as soon as they were installed, as i just said i will wash teh car and get some pics of recent mods including new rearlights, partly debadged the rear, the new exhasut tip, which is really annoying making the back of the car so sotty !!!! and some entertaining stickers etc :)
