So a few small things have happened recently, i've just ordered some 5000k D2s Osram bulbs from HIDs4u, they should hopefully be here next week sometime. I've also bought some Osram Nightbreaker Plus bulbs for the foglights and the main beam. Foglights bulbs are fitted and look much better, they give off a whiter/brighter light and i no this sounds anal but they have a silver cap so they look better in the foglight if you get me! I'll try grab a picture to show u what i mean.

Also ordered myself some headlight protectors of the bay, wasnt sure i would like them but at £6 i thought i would give them a blast. Have to admit that after fitting them in the pissing rain they do actually look quite good.

Now for a couple of questions, easy one to start i hope...how are the Xenon bulbs actually held into the headlight, is a clip, twist clip or what and how do you get it undone.

Second question, im considering putting LED sidelight bulbs in and having searched previous topics these are the ones that people seem to fit...

but i can't see how they are going to bounce the light round the reflector, is it not just going to end up with a single beam of light? Also do they actually come with a red end cause im not sure that will look to great?

Cheers

Hey Martin, with regards to the sidelight LED's.The ones you posted up are really good and as you said a common choice for most people they're what im currently using. If you put your regular sidelights on you'll notice they barely refelect around the headlight the LED's do tend to give off kore of a dot look but thats because of how much brighter they are they're wide angled LED's so do work very well. They do come with red casings on the ends used to be orange so id prefer red than my orange ones haha.Another alternative if you don't want the red end casing are these http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/ultimate-501 ... -1684.html.

Hope that helps and looking foward to some pictures.
