no power to radio or cigarette lighter fuses. help

Hi, I have searched but cant find any help. 1995 300tdi, Radio has stopped working and so has Cigarette lighter. Have checked earth and ok on both. Have traced problem to there being no power to the main fuse block for these 2 items. (others ok and yes i have tested with engine running and door shut) Not sure which point to go to next to test without taking fuse box out. Or is this the only option?
