The easiest direct fit would be a set of GTI leather Seats (6N2) or leather Recaro's found in the Polo Colour Concept models.
Both are relatively rare though and fairly expensive to buy. Another option is the Leather Recaro's found the MK3 Golfs but finding a set in good condition is not easy due to the age of the cars now.

Checkout these badboys on eBay, good price if you ask me.

Another option would be to contact someone like Seat Surgeons and have them convert your existing seats into Leather.
Can be pricey but they do a top quality job, proper perfectionists.

Hope this helps

No problem at all mate :)

Seat Surgeons are fairly expensive because they do such a good job.
For a full re-trim including the door cards your probably looking at £800 or possibly more

Those Leather GTI seats would be a good choice for you and would save a lot of money in the long run.
Finding a used set of leathers in good condition can be very difficult.

I installed some black heated leather Recaro's taken from a MK3 Golf Colour Concept. Straight fit and look awesome IMHO.

Only issue is that the door panels are still cloth :(
