Side repeaters?

Post by hartge »

Hi guys,

got some smoked side repeaters from ebay but when I took my original ones off the car the back of them is different. They have a part sticking out which the bulb fits into but the ebay ones dont, can you remove the part, dont want to break it or should be get different ones?

Cheers

do the ebay ones look like they push in and twist to hold the bulb in place? there are a few motors which all have the same size repeaters but some are like you describe and some are like i described, it would be easier to get the right repeaters rather than trying to get the bulb holders then cutting and joining the wires

The OEM ones you just push the bulb into it and job done, I have no idea on the new ones. Heres a pic...
