No that's Ok, he's only talking about the plastic shielding around the engine, this is not connected to the airbox.

The main problem I'm having fitting it is the ECU, I think on the TDi's they are mounted in a different place? I never actually fitted it properly because the ECU prevented it, I just lined it up :? :(

Hello again,

It´s a shame Nelson :? my ECU it´s in the right side of the car and no problem at all.

I only have to dismount one piece in the top of a suspension tower (left) and run...

I mounted the bar in a Seat dealer

admittedly I havent seen the bays... but could you not relocate the ECU with a TDi bracket? Your warrenties invalid if you fitted that chip anyway...

It's no good if the ECU won't fit in the bracket. If its different its probably different for a good reason.

Same general location, but it the FSi ECU is bigger and so the bracket sticks out a bit more... :|

Compare my old 1.2 with Petrifieds FSi engine shot earlier in the thread...

Yes, your ECU seems to be bigger than the rest of ECU's :?

You have to sell the car and buy a TDI

Is it possible to fit into a 1.4 16V 100ps, other than Seat is there any other OEM/aftermarket product available?

Will it fit on my 1.2 65hp Twist?

I'll buy it from whoever was selling it if it does!
