Fuel Consumption

With the rise of petrol prices, I was wondering how many miles other Polo GTi drivers were getting?

I don't feel that I'm an erratic driver and I don't use a hard right foot. I've recently put £50's worth of petrol in and got 285 miles.

If anyone can shed any light on their fuel consumption, it would be greatly apprectiated.

This is from a year ago and petrol prices have soared since then.

Mine takes a good £50 these days but i get at least 300 miles out the tank (and i have a heavy foot a good 40% of the time)

Mines takes just over £50 too! And I mostly get 300 miles out of that.

Yeah similar for me to but i drive quite hard most of the time... I average 35 mpg which is respectable i think.

I put £50 in, I was shocked at the cost! Got 200 miles from it haha.
Filled up yesterday....£57!!!
