monza 2 and lowering.

hey i got some monza 2's off a mk4 golf gti the current tyres on it are 205/55/16 should i go to 45 profiles? and are the width ok at 205 or should i go to 195, as i want to get lowering springs and i dont know how low to go, has anyone got pics of their polos with monzas and 35mm or 50mm springs on?

Tyres need to be 205/45/16, so you're fine with the 205 width but need to take it down from a 55 to a 45.
