Paint codes?!?

Need to buypaint for my new bumpers and paint shop asked for paint code looked in boot and sticker is faded is there any way of finding the code i know its reflex silver would that make a difference or do i need the exact code help please want smmmmmoooooootttthhh bumpers on car asap

LA7W is reflex silver - You can find the code in your hand book / service book too

Thank god you checked i was going to mention the Silver GTI's changed colour during production.Satin Silver does look nicer in the flesh than Reflex in my opinion.
