Passenger window's slow.

Post by Godderz23 »

Has been like it for a while now, but as im fixing the polo up im going to tackle as many little niggles as possible.

Goes up and down, but at almost half the speed of the drivers side. Window regulator on its way out?

Also that side goes up and down by the button, but stops as soon as i release, again unlike the drivers side, how do i change the setting for this?

The grease in the motor and regulator has probably dried out. Needs fully dissassembling and smothing in a good quality white grease

As for the button issues, thats a buggered switch. New one will fix that.

First though, put it all the way down and hold for 10 seconds, then all the way up and hold for 10 secs see if that fixes it
