Changing Spark Plugs

Hi,

Going to change my Sparks pretty soon, and was wondering if anyone could give me any advice.

Its a 1.2 Polo E, 2005 (55BHP). I have changed the spark plugs on my previous cars, i assume its the same deal with the polo?
