Booked into be fitted on the wheels Monday, should be on the car and fully detailed next Friday...I hope.

And yeah I've got lockers ben. :-D

Dont say that mate, these cars dont tend to stay problem free for very long :(

Glad your keeping it though Chris, what other plans have you got for it then this year?

Cheers dude, I'm pleased it's staying also. I'm not sure to be honest, keep it clean and maintained, maybe a bit lower, and do something about the faded steering wheel.

We'll see....

I attually re-did that the other day. Used chemical guys fabric cleaner mixed in an egg cup with water and applied to the thread with a small brush. Then treated the leather with a cleaner and bees wax.
Has come out so much better then before :) the leather feels great and when dried the thread came out bright red! Really chuffed :)

Got the new tyres fitted today, cars still not in my possesion though. Get it back saturday morning, hopefully give it a big detail sometime at the weekend.

Then i'll take some pictures.

Had to put up with driving a green 1.1 saxo forte this last 2 weeks.....kiiillling me!!! :cry:

Painfull isn't it when your so close and have all the bits.... Just want my tyres fitted now..
Having my dad do mine tomorrow haha...

Yes mate, Saturday morning, hopefully get it back in time to give it a full detail, if not it'll wait till Sunday. Counting down the hours.

So my car is finally back, after 2 weeks away.

Complete with:

New brake discs and pads all round
Resprayed Calipers, spoiler and colour coded rear badge.
Resprayed both wings
New Front Indicators
Arches Rolled
New red gti grill surround as the old one went a bit pink
New wishbone bushes
New CV joints
New ABS front connectors
Fitted new CAT system
Oh and fitted the new wheels.

I need my cv joints joining... How much did yours cost btw??? Why you get new wishbones swell mate????
