Got a 9N3 Polo thats in need of a new rear bush on the front track control arm, however the bolt wont come out the track control arm as its hitting the sump, is there a way around this or a certain technique to getting the bugger out?!
Any and all help much appreciated as the bushes are shagged!

unbolt the gearbox mount and move the engine forward
