cheers james. Havent update here for a while lol. When u get it remapped, just let it warm up for a bit. Then take it for a spin and you will be like :shock: ! thats how my reaction was! lol

Im over on Autobahn25.com now as its more of a london based forum for all german metal. Check it out as we have loads of meets. West London meet is the 3rd sunday of the month. Eastern Dubs is the first wednesday of the month and then we all hit ace cafe for Vag Night.

Nice one mate, not seen you on here for a while.
My dad bought a 6N2 1.4 TDI a few weeks back and after driving it i'm loving the torque :) its just screaming out for a re-map now

Yeah i saw the post, its a nice engine! Even after the engine remap they will give u a smile on your face lol. I kinda lost interest in build threads so thats why i stopped updating mine.

Yeah its something i'm hoping I can persuade him to get, the only thing that lets it down is the horrendous ride height & handling lol but its my dads car so I cant really modify it :(

The bodywork that was carried out was the rear boot smoothed,rear bumper painted, whole passenger side sprayed, front passenger side new wing sprayed, front bumper sprayed, US spec bumper strip, splitter fully resprayed, bonnet extension and bonnet sprayed


Also i had another set of lensos on for the winter

Then came on the OZ turbos. 7J fronts, 8J rears, gold bolts, custom centre caps.

Yeah I was getting quotes for 700 from another place and their work wasn't all that. Then I went to the bodyshop near my house and he said 500. He said for a grand he could've done a full respray. I should have just got it done. But had to fund for my next update. Anyways the color will be changed maybe next summer ;)

£1000 for a full respray is a very good price provided its a decent Job.
What colour are you going for then mate?
