Rear speaker removal (3-door)

Can nyone jot down how to remove the door trim to gain access to the rear speaker?

I can see the screw near the foot of the trim but not sure whether or to try and prize it off after removing the screw.

Any advice?

How do you remove the rear seat peg that is fixed to the quarter panel via the door trim?

Looks like an allen key insert but seems to be something different?

Its an allen key 7mm

I managed to fettle the speaker connection without taking it off and all is well now. Thanks for the input.
