parcel shelf idea..

right first things first, I'm new here, first post and all, I drive a 1.0 1998 Polo, in the kinda pinky reddy colour (crashed my first car, got this one cheap wasn't gonna complain about the colour)

I've currently got a sub in the boot, but its plain and boring, so I was thinking of doing a fancy parcel shelf thing, and I want opinions if it'll be alright or not cheers

Basically I'm gonna do a whole new shelf made of MDF, and stick my existing sub and another one into it, put a component kit in there for mids and highs, and maybe another pair of tweeters to finish things off, anyone got any experience with this? and is it worth making a box underneath the 2 subs to cut down the air space rather than using my whole boot?
