Hiya.

I'm Hannah, a newbie to the forum - been lurking for a while, but i've finally got my GTI. Bought it yesterday after borrowing my sister's Micra for what felt like a year. (It was only really a week...). Sorry in advance if the pictures are a bit on the large side - they're not the best, but I'll try and get some better ones soon.

What can I say, I've fallen in love with him so I figured I'd post some pictures.








The wheels aren't great, but I'm hoping to have them sorted out relatively soon - or as soon as I have some cash back in my pocket. The badges have faded a bit too, but that's not the end of the world.





I'll be lowering him as soon as I can afford it, but for now I'm on a big enough high to keep him as he is!

Any mods you got for it like red grill tape, de badge, black front etc????

91k on the clock.
Trim on the grill should be red by the end of the month! Haven't really put too much thought into anything else - currently looking for a set of steels so I can have the wheels powder coated and all that jazz. Hoping for Audi TT pedals someday, considering the black badge for the front. The main reason I joined this forum is for ideas really, so feel free to throw some at me.

I'd like to shorten the door pins too, so they sit flush when the car is locked. Oh and a shortened aerial!

Verity - Sounds awesome! It'd be cool to meet up, especially at a VAG meet. I'd be well up for that, might have to get a bit done to the car first though!
