Car Dash Plastic Scratches - Tips for getting rid of them?

Post by gregperkins »

Got a few 'white' scratches/scuffs on my passenger side of the dash (mainly glove box and the bit underneath). I was wondering if anyone knows what sort of substance get's rid of them?

I've got some of those too... Not really sure what to do with them although I do find that any kind of dash/vinyl cleaner stuff hides them but only a little bit.

Yeah, they just irritate me :/ i read on another forum that black shoe polish works. So i tried it, and it did actually work. Covered up the scratches really well. After a day or so it looked really blotchy and didn't look brilliant so wiped it off.

I have found some plastic scratch remover but not sure whether it is a con or not..
