The tyre is 195/45/R16

I think they are 7" wide and have a 1" dish :D

16" wheels, and they are 4x100 so the 4 stud pattern just fit straight on

That's correct they are the same, they do come in black but I dont think they are the black ones.

Yes mate it's lowered quite a fair bit but has the thread to go a good 2-3 inches lower and like I said I only rub occasionally I tool all my wheels off at the weekend and inspected them, there still all sound no unevenness no bald spots still plenty of tread left on them,

Here are some pics to show you it's lowered and how the wheels sit in the arches,
