The tyre is 195/45/R16

I think they are 7" wide and have a 1" dish

That's correct they are the same, they do come in black but I dont think they are the black ones.

I heard you will rub the rear arch when you have 195/45/16 tyres

Yes mate it's lowered quite a fair bit but has the thread to go a good 2-3 inches lower and like I said I only rub occasionally I tool all my wheels off at the weekend and inspected them, there still all sound no unevenness no bald spots still plenty of tread left on them,
