Sadly I dont think this has progressed mate, the bloke at Balance never got back to about the stock situation.
The Neuspeed Rear ARB will fit but due to the lack of demand I dont think a group will ever work for one of these.

The standard retail price is far too expensive

Sorry, I've ment to have asked Julian @ Balance about a possible route using the mk2 golf rear arbs, providing they use drop-links, we can have adaptors made up from bill (He quoted me around £15 + postage me thinks?), but i've been busy with work and stuffs. I will chase this up in the next couple of days. A mate did point out that our gti's already come with rear arbs, 18mm last I remember..
