annoying rattle pd100 tdi

i have a really annoying rattle coming from the dash! only at very low revs it then disapears after 15-1600 rpm anyone else had this or suggest anything

i get this, but only when i start it first thing in the morning especially if its cold, not sure why it happens though. One thing ive found out about these cars is, once you rectify a problem like this, theres always something else which will start making a rattling noise!

I can list another one or two rattles that you may come across, the main one is the passenger seatbelt buckle, which is unbelievably annoying i would happily disconnect it and chuck it out on the dual carriageway! I've somewhat rectified it by attaching some felt tape on it, that said, it does rattle occasionally. Another would be the glovebox or doorcard, cant find out which one it is.
OR, maybe i just bought a $H*T 9n....

Mine used to under the dash near the windscreen on the driver side although it stopped after i had the dash removed when my aircon was being fixed. I wouldnt bother taking the dash out to look though as you will probably end up with more rattles. I just tend to turn up the music and ignore it.
