That looks quite nice actually, looks thicker than the original steering wheel too which is good.
The standard GTI steering wheel I always felt was a little too big and too thin

I really really like that!! 
i love the steering wheel in the boyfriend's golf, but i still really like the one in the polo, that would give me the best of both worlds lol
like you said red stitching = much better

Still seems quite expensive to me as they presume you will use your own airbag.
You can get the same wheel as mine (scirocco wheel) for under £300 these days with an airbag
