tyres reccomended?

Post by Dub_Dan »

hi guys iv just purchased my montreals and ill be getting them refurbed next month hopefully and was wondering what sort of tyres you reccomend?
iv been through yoko paradas, toyo t1rs, avon zv3's and i want more of a longer lasting tyre with half decent performance can anyone reccomend any tyres? (it would be nice to get more than 7000-10000 miles a set of fronts :)

i was toying with the idea of uniroyal rainsport 2's ?

thanks

R1r are sick that's what I have on mine it stops it spinning up well and in the wet they are as good as paradas in the dry. If you want grip need to sacrifice the length they last

Heard nothing but good things about Uniroyal Rainsport 2. I'll be trying those next.

They are actually made for an evo lol. They are awesome for me I thought paradas were good these are in a completely different league lol. Just recommending a tyre from a grip required point of view lol

Yoko S-Drive have them on the g/fs Arosa TDi and they take some stick, been on for 9000 and still have life left in them.
