No it's had an updated gearbox and clutch fitted with a new driveshaft about 2years ago or less when mine blew big time on the a120....

So fingers crossed she will last out til I sell her on to some lucky bugger... If I do ever sell her... :D

If you chucked an extra grand into your budget, we could be talking 20vt territory.. albeit, DIY with a few mates, but still.. 20vt territory 8)

I do believe that's the program they will be using to map mine from as that car is what there going on for figures wise apparently like predictive ones, at the time there polo there had 147 or summin so they must have tweaked it more.

They said they had a polo there running similar mods to mine so high bhp was kinda garuented in the email I got.

So this has just made my night lol.....

Leave the 1.8T fella, Naturally aspirated 1.6 FTW!
I would rather supercharge the 1.6 than drop in a 20V, make your car more unique and go mental 8)

The Lupo boys supercharge theirs. The one advantage they have over ours, is that their gearbox aint so s**t.

The early Lupo GTI's were 5 speed mate and shared the same box as ours but they introduced the 6 speed box in 2002 once the Polo GTI had been axed.
Apparently its not really much better than the 5 speed and is still prone to going wrong, the ratio's are worse too so the 6 speed Lupo is actually slower than the original 5 speed :D but not by much
