top gear box mount

hi would like some help please just got a 95 6n 1.6 polo looks like the left engine mounts gone ive been told its the top gearbox mount went to eurocarparts to get one they gave me a 6n0199555g it was the wrong shape plus it had been used so i went to a vw parts place and they told me the part number i am looking for is 6n0199555b and that the mount on my polo was only used for a short time then it changed and that i would need to got to vw direct i rang vw and they want not shy of £80 tryed google and ebay with no joy at the mo is there any where i can get it apart from vw thanks alot for any help

hi mate i know this is of no help to u but id your duff gearbox mount causin some nasty vibration thru ur car...as i am experiencin this and have been told that its an engine/ gearbox mount......i will be gutted if its gonna cost me £80 also...cheers
