Thanks, what a relief! 8)

I'm kinda putting things on hold until the snow has been and gone. As soon as it has (feb?) :

Custom hidden exhaust
Full solid black re-spray
Spacers
Drop the suspension
.....And a little 'under the bonnet' surprise

Not had the best couple of weeks people.... After having the Lambda sensor replaced last week the car broke down again!!!!!!

Turns out I had manky fuel in the car! Normally run on V Power but couldn't find a garage while out and about so had to go to a normal filling station which I hadn't used before.....

After 4 break downs and numerous parts replaced we decided to drain the tank and there was a load of sand in the filter!

I've decided to keep it off the road for a few weeks while I sort it out and it'll give me a chance to start my little 'under bonnet' project!

Dug out my 1.0e in the meantime :D

Gutted to hear it broke down again but i'm sure you will have it back on the road soon :)

So many petrol stations out there selling crap fuel, I always stick to Shell because its the only fuel you can be assured of quality these days.

1.0 6N2 looks awesome :) is it running on the G60's now though?

Iye Shell FTW! 8)

I bet its weird going from the GTI to the 1.0, my dad's got a 6N2 1.4 TDI and it was weird for me driving the GTI and then getting into the diesel.
Its mainly the handling that was weird but I guess its different for you because the 1.0 is already sitting on coilovers :)

Its had the g60s on since i took them off the gti and swapped them for the cups. Wound the coilovers right down on the red one aswell to see how low it would go so it looks quite funny. Going to have to bring it up a bit though! Haha

I'll put a pic on later

Just giving the beast a couple weeks of rest, she's had a stressful time bless her haha

My own fault for using dodgy filling stations!
