9N GT brake upgrade

Im looking to put 312mm front discs on my Polo I know i need carriers and calipers to change but what year TT do they need to come off? Thanks in advance for any help. Rob

i know its a 9n polo bud but try posting it in the 9n3 section of the forum as more people have converted on there cars than our shape.
