Eiffel tower meet?

I agree a show would be the best bet, bit of a drive for most of us to just all meet up in a tesco car park

Preferably some time after march so the mk1 should be ready.

Surely Wolfsburg would be better than France :) the home of Volkswagen

We have discussed this in the past and the best place for the majority of people would be somewhere in the midlands.

Everybody seems to be up North or down South so it kind of makes sense to have it centrally which is fair for everybody.
Something organised would be better rather than a 1 hour meet in Lidl car park, maybe make a day & night of it?

Car show would be a possibility depending on location

Ultimate Dubs anyone? 11th March 2012 - Telford

The club stands have to be booked by 1st December though so we will have to be quick:

The show will bring together over 250 of the very best Water-cooled VW, Audi, Seat & Skoda Show Cars from the U.K & Europe, together under one roof at the Telford International Indoor Centre (Nr. Birmingham)
The show is supported by Local, National & European advertising, aimed at bringing together the best Show Cars, Clubs & associated companies for the enthusiast to enjoy.

The show is to be held on Sunday 11th March 2012 to kick off the show season and is ideal for people to see the best show cars & the new show cars which have been built over the winter months and for you to grab those vital parts for your vehicle from the trade stands / autojumble stalls.

New for 2012 we have an extra Exhibition Hall giving you even more Trade Stand, Show Cars & Special Displays for you to enjoy.

The venue is located just off the M54 motorway, slightly to the west of Birmingham making it easily accessible and in the centre of the country. The International Centre is a modern building with all the usual facilities and over 100,000 sq.ft of heated exhibition space with car parks adjacent. There are 2 on-site hotels & 6 hotels within the vicinity of the Centre, so why not make a weekend of it.

Mate ive been to a few shows and seen some completly standard polo on club stands there was one at vw fest between a sweeeet bora and a mk3 golf completly standard the guy had just thrown on tons of stickers on window and sprayed his wheels blue lol think the stand is just for us as a club to make an impact on the scene and theres tons of polos on here that can do that
