Re: My GTI
A quick update on a few more bits and bobs i'm going to be doing:
- Leather parcel shelf with a little GTI logo stitched in the corner - Need to get a quote but I know someone who had his done for his R32 and it looks awesome so I might use the same person
- Carbon wrap the door handles
- Gloss black dash bits, rear view mirror and the bit where the gearstick & handbrake is
- Need to find another cup holder to replace the coin tray
- Some kind of ICE.... Not sure what to get yet though, haven't really started looking into this yet
- Headlining - Not sure what to do yet again but might go for black suede
Put the engine bay on hold for now after having a couple of bits done, not sure if I want to do this now after having a good think. I might just polish everything to make it nice and shiny instead..... Still undecided!
Also, had to donate my 1.0E to my boyfriend since the gearbox has died on his Scooby so I'm now driving the Alto beast again
I'm just going to use the Alto since the petrol is free from work (and to be fair, I need some kind of compensation for driving it!) and also if anything happens to it in the winter I really won't be bothered! Then the black beast will be all fresh and ready for show time by the end of January.
I miss driving her though, but it will be worth the wait!

Re: My GTI
Thanks people. I'll be all over the place in it next year so no doubt we will all see each other
The parcel shelf is a bit different but will go lush with the rest of the interior. Here is a pic of my mates in his R32:

ALSO....... LOOK WHAT'S ARRIVED!!!!

Awww man! Haha
I looked at M6 DNY and it was £700 then I went on the day after and it had gone up by £400! I should have just bought it straight away!
