can i make my pd100 turbo a hybrid what power could i expect cheers

Did your turbo blow or did it blow a boost pipe off?

Injectors limit your power at 170-180
A pd 150 will max your injectors. If you are changing injectors then you can get hybrid and then do injectors and other supporting mods to get your power you want

nah mate snapping sound then next thing no boost then lots of smoke coming out the back the car should be back tomorrow just got a recon pd100

Well if you lose boost then the soot will be mental. Did the car try to drive itself

nah it didnt the cars on a 107,000 miles now so for turbo its done well plus 30k remapped spoke to p-torque he said i did well so im not bothered about that im just bothered it happened before Christmas as its ruined a lot for me financially...

Would be intresting to see the knocked out turbo. Have you checked all boost pipes just in case?? Cause when they blow off the car will sound deeper makes quite a high pitch bang too. So just check saves agro. But if not then bigger blower?

iv thought about it and i just cba to spend any money on the engine anymore it will stay as a pd100 for now ill end up with a new motor next summer hopefully we will see...

I have a pd130 turbo sitting here doing nothing if youd like that probably worth refurbing it tho as it was making some funny noises before the hybrid went on

Do it so long as the price is right. Max out those injectors. U have the clutch to do it easily

thanks mate unfortunately i just forked out 650 squids today my new turbo

so im skint, lol christmas is going to be wack how you getting on with your car mate? any joy or are you away from or something at the moment?

thats all right mate yeah i wouldve gave u it cheap aswell coz iv seen the bills for refurbs unreal like. yeah the guy mapping the car is currently on holiday till next week and im away next week offshore for 2 weeks and then its obviously crimbo so looks like after new year for me

Yeah am a engine room operator offshore 2 weeks on 4 weeks off living the dream as they say haha. Trained up as a marine engineer at glasgow nautical college
