Im not feeling black at all mate to be honest. Want them to shine. Either colour code them lasah green, or maybe a goldie colour.

Thanks Verity. Need to offer them up next to it to see if the colour goes well. When i unwrapped them i was pretty blown away myself, look even better in the flesh.

I like the colour as they are too but if they are to be changed then I would probably go for black centres :)

Keep the colour! If you dont think they look quite right on, just keep them in your room- on your wall! And get some others for the mk1 ;)

Not a fan of black centres on these mate. Want to show them off a bit.

Can't get a better wheel suited to the MK1 mate, they work so damn well.I think the centres will suprise you how nice they'll look once you've fitted them but if it were me and had to pick another colour id maybe think of colour coding them to the cars colour. That way they will tie in even better but the dishes will still stand out loads if not more once polished up.

Mk1 minor update:

New bonnet and wing are on route, cars going to be getting some new paint next week.

Also taking a seat to pluss one day this week for a quote to retrim the recaro's.

New daily/doner?!:

Picked up a runaround for the time being, either till i get myself a van and/or I get the mk1 up and running.

Mk4 golf gti - this one ---> http://www.swdubs.co.uk/forum/viewtopic ... 37&t=19255

Picked it up monday morning, and spent most of today cleaning it up.

Few finished pictures.

Plans are try not to spend money on it!! Couple tiny bits just to tidy it up and that will be that.

Need to focus on the mk1.

Hi there

Can I ask where you got the new door handles (interior) from, please? Last time I was at a dealer, they were £20 each.

Many thanks,
Rich
