GTi is 125bhp there were the odd 120bhp valver made, my mate has a late P reg which was done at 118bhp standard on the rollers

Still not all the parts i need for conversion unfortunately which makes the price a bit high

right, where the engine is placed, we had to cut out part of the bay, then reinforce what we cut, then made custom suspension engine mounts.
brake servo and battery in the boot. two intercoolers custom made, custom water bottle custom made. etc etc etc
..............
if i ever need to change the belts, the engine will have to be taken out!

i always thought that would be the best way to do it with the custom mounts :)
hope you changed the belts when the b4 the engine got fitted then
did you change to hydraulic clutch?
which linkage did u use?
im in 2 minds whether to go 4 an ibiza20vt or put a 20vt in the polo

corrado linkage, hydrolic clutch.

to be honest with you mate if i had my time again i would of bought sombody else's project after theyd spent thousands on it!

have you seen a green corrado with huge porche rims that premier sold for 8 grand recently?
thats what ive got my eye on next, someone else's hard work and money for a fraction of the price!

yeah you never get your money back on what u shell out on your car
think i know the corrado your talking about :?
if i got the ibiza a set of wheels/suspension, brakes and turbo upgrade and ill b happy :D
sometimes its better to buy someones elses project as long as all the works been done right!!!
but its also good to start on a clean slate
