Removing cup holder unit

Ive got a replacement cup holder unit to fit to my polo as the one in it is damaged. I can see two torx head screws at the front but cant see any others. Can anyone tell me how to remove it, if I need to remove other panels etc???

Yeah there are two more screws at the back of the cup holder unit mate (So total of 4 screws that hold it in). Just keep removing the relevant panels to reach them and then it will fall out

When i took mine out it was a bit of a pain, had to pretty much take most of the lower dash out starting at teh drivers side, then moving my way over to the passenger side. It did come out eventually though
