im not used to the set up on the climrotronic system on the polo as ive come from an audi, but im wondering as it has no button to turn the aircon on of off does this mean that its on all the time? and do i need to turn it onto econ to disable it?
probably a stupid question but im stuck for an answer....... thanks

Ok... I'll give u a few pointers. To enable the aircon press the cold button until the screen reads (low) or (lo) but for everyday driving always keep the (econ) button on as this disables the compressor that runs the aircon as the compressor requires petrol/diesel. yh thought as much as it seems to use more fuel when the econ isnt on, and also i think it goes abit better when this is on 2!!! unless its just my mind playing with me.... lol

Ha yeah you are correct, when the compressor isn't running the performance is slightly better. Needless to say I am always running on econ ha ha
