Yeah I'm going to paint it black I think, but don't want the mechanics to scratch it so I'm unsure....

Well iv got my smooth boot and it's FOOKED.

Good job I'm a painter, trouble is my sad signed for it so dunno how to go about getting a refund for damaged goods, got it of eBay so should be ok...

Header tank crinkle black cap aswell....

oooooooo cap looks awesome!!! Ive been wanting to get a cap from a lupo as theyre black rather then blue, and look so much better. spraying it would be easier, but im worried that a lot of the time that ive seen sprayed caps that look rubbish....
but yours looks amazing!

gutted about the boot :( that really sucks!

Yeah it's pants and I didn't want to do this sort of work but now have to, be easier to do my boot and keep the handle lol.

Ow well il stick with it and repair it but it's time on my wheels wasted now, iv got Monday and Tuesday off work so I il go into work and play ha.

The boot repair begins ha!

I took the cracked areas back to bare metal to make sure it didn't crack once I have finished and if I shut the boot lol!

So il rub that down tomorrow, epoxy seal the edges and prime after the epoxy is rubbed down. And my mate at work bought me these for my birthday, I will only use the front on my plate hider as opposed to the American one.

Iv put a claim in for parcel force to deal with, so hope they can do something but there's alot of crap to go with it like keeping the packaging and pictures of where the damage is etc.... Picure of it before posting and that. Iv got them but most ppl wouldn't have. Nightmare dealing with the bloke aswell, he's just like you deal with it all it's your problem so a complaint was made to eBay and negative feed back was left on eBay aswell...!

Repairs looking good so far mate! Shame you've had to do it tho! Like you said its time wasted when you could be doing your wheels ready for UD

I'm sure you'll get it looking sweet again dude ;-)
