Only to find out the fluttering was bad for the turbo, something called compressor stall.
So now I have the 007p and dearly miss the fluttering turbo :(

Ah! caused by a faulty dv then? i hear mixed opinions some say thy have run their cars with this flutter for years and no turbo problems. Is it just the dv sticking? Kind of releasing later than it should? I thought u had aimed for this sounds

Something along them lines mate. I loved the sound along with my popping decat.
Maybe I could leave it, as I am waiting for my turbo to go pop, then upgrade

Not much happening at the moment.

Just focusing on getting it running sweet, although it already does there are some minor issues that are bugging me.
Got my engine covers colour-coded similar to what I did before on my old engine - however I'm changing my mind again and going gloss black with polished bits and bobs...
Image

Also got a new head unit for 3 reasons, this one was more modern, it sat flush and got a good discount...
My old one is for sale here http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... 11&t=55981

Next few things on my list to do..
WHEEELS!!
2.0 TFSI CoilPacks
Custom remap
Gloss black engine cover and polish inlet and engine mounts
Polybush engine mounts
Prepping for MOT
