Also have a set of 312mm brakes, with EBC Ultra disks and pads. Looking for £200 for the lot. Would prefer collection due to the weight of these, but will post if needed for extra cost.

Im sad in having to let it go, but im having nothing but problems with this car, its just not road safe at all, and unfortunatly Volkswagen cant seemed to be arsed in wanting to do anything to fix it soo... :( Well feel free to grab a bargain anyone, everything is brand spanking new, never used apart from brakes. Even them have been fully refurbed with new piston seals, etc, covered less than 1000 miles. If anyones willing to collect springs or 312mm brakes, will probs do a better deal. Cheers Nathan

Which springs are they mate? I've got my car booked in at Awesome on the 17th of March for some 25/40's. £180 including fitting. I'd take them off you but it's just so expensive getting a garage to fit them!

@KC - Yeah did love it mate. Its more of a hate love now though :-( VWUK Customer services are an absolute waste of space, believe me. All they tell you is, ooh sorry we cant help with that, its not within our powers. I have the financial ombusman and soliciator on the case now. All i can say is, i hope you dont exprience any of the horific scienarios ive been left in with this car mate.

Springs are the H&R's for the GTI, FABIA VRS, SEAT IBIZA FR / CUPRA etc. they are the version that drop the most. Pritty sure you can put these on any model of the polo's tbh. Could be wrong though

I agree with the above the gearbox was on it's way out with my astra vxr hens why I sold and got another polo gti...

Also my friends completely went on his corsa vxr but he had to cough up the money as it was out of warranty

Anyways back on subject are the brakes including everything for the conversion? And I take it there go straight on my 07 polo gti

Thanks Simon

Cheers guys. And yeah very much had second thoughts about the vxr. Looking into and Edition 30 golf now  lol. Anyways yes brakes are for calipers, carriers and a set of EBC ultimate disks and pads, and yes mate, they will bolt straight onto an 07 polo gti. :D
