I think they are a bit too nice for winters if i'm honest mate
I bought a set of g60's for the winter months because the RXII's are a nightmare to keep clean and need a lot of looking after to keep in good condition

Great for summer months when its warm but when it gets cold and the gritters come out its virtually an impossible task to keep them sparkling

I know what your saying dude but the money I've spent on my borbets I don't fancy using them as winters just yet lol.
G60s is my main plan for winters cos I agree RX2's are a nightmare to keep clean!

Yeah G60's are a good choice mate, especially as you can get a brand new set for £150 and the tyres are relatively cheap in that size too (195/45/15)

I'm going to use my RX2's for the min but once there refurbed they won't see a wet day and G60s will be winters ;-)
