Yeah its true they are too big for major lowerage :(
With the state the roads are in these days though I wouldnt want to be running a slammed car, amazing looks but I think my spine would probably shatter lol

Dont think I could go back to coilovers unless it was strictly for track use only, amazing looks but I need comfort in my old age

Glad your going to UD! Did you manage to get a lift?

Lol i'm too sensible now to go back to coilovers, did love the handling but overtime the lack of ride comfort wore me down.
Although saying that when I eventually buy my dad's 6N2 TDi off him i'll no doubt be slamming it! If you think the standard GTI ride height is bad you should see a normal 6N2 in the flesh which sit 15mm higher lol

Monster truck!! Lmao

How come your gonna buy the 6n2?? Or will it become your daily?

Too sensible?? What wrong with you?? Lol you've gone and bought a beast of a civic and tuning her up! That's not sensible mate, if you was gonna be sensible you'd go buy a volvo and drive like a grandad ;-)

Fair play Mandy I bet your buzzing about UD :) Crazy 3AM start though, i'm still normally awake at that time on a Friday night lol

Monster truck is probably the best way of describing it Luke lol they are horrendous on the standard suspension
Mandy will know all about that with her 1.0 6N2 fortunately she did the right thing and slammed it :)

Yeah i'll be having the 6N2 TDi off my dad eventually when we move house because i'll probably be clocking up a lot of miles in the civic which will cost a fortune in petrol.
Those little PD 1.4TDI engines pull 70MPG on a good run which is immense, Type R struggles to get 30

Your right about the Civic not being sensible, it was supposed to be but then I modified it 8)
