Suspension please new urgent!

Putting standard suspension back in, all fine about from the drivers side front. I cant seem to get the bit where the bottom of the arm in to go low enough so i can get it back in... Sorry dont know the technical terms. Would appreciate some help because my anger is getting beyond belief at this point ha

Take some pictures of the parts as so we can get a better idea.

3 bolts for the lower arm off, driveshaft nut out, pull out. hammer time!

The only way I could do it is by jacking the suspension arm up (mount the jack under the plate where the bottom of the spring sits with a bit of wood)

Fix the 3 bolts up at the top of the suspension under the bonet, jack the suspension up untill it is raised high enough to get it into the bottom section

I solved it in the end. I took the 3 bolts off the lower arm an like you said i then had some hammer time! haha
