Cool 8) thanks Verity
Does the 1.2 GTI have a TSi engine? Like the 105 ps engine used in the new Polo's?

If they use that engine it will probably be pretty damn nippy when mapped :)
It will no doubt be a good seller for Volkswagen like all of their cars, nice to see them release another small hatchback because the Fox was too basic IMO and the new polo's are quite big in size. I bet VW are hoping its not a F*** UP

I just stood and grinned at the one at UDs lol.
The key thing is awesome. All it is an £18 case that goes around your normal key which is pretty cool.

Thank you :) I'm still mega pleased with myself!! Haha
Seriously need to get my tyres swapped over now tho as there's only three days left at VW for jack.

I'd imagine they'd go TSI as VW love those engines. But I'm not 100% sure. There were reports it would be 100ps
But that was when the GT was just a concept I think. Not to sure what they are gonna be as jack only heard that they have decided to release it. There may be something on the net, i will have to look into it. 8)

They are deffinatly better then the Fox. The fox really was just WAY to cheaper out on.
I mean they of course have cut corners with the Up!
Only one remote key.
No rear arch liners
If you get the Tyre weld stuff instead of a spare wheel you don't get a jack like most cars.
Still. It's only little things, and the car is still great for te price!
I bet VW are hoping its not a F*** UP

12.05.2012 - Handles

Plans to detail Gerti went out the window as we ended up detailing a VXRS in Warrington.
But never mind, it's given me more time to prepare...

Decided to finally clean under my door handles

Before

After

I didn't manage to get many photo cos tbh I got mega fed up with it.
The first handle came away nice and easily. But the other three were well and truely stuck to the door

My ever faithful sidekick was there to help me out...

Image

......Laze!

In other news I've got a second part time job (as the only full time jobs that seem to be available around where I live are Engeneering jobs, carers, and Accountants :S )
So I should have more money to spend on myself and the car....The Lamda sensor is priority ATM
