Not sure to be honest.

Don't do big miles (< 5,000 a year) so probably something cheap I can use for track days and short journeys. A 106 GTI would be nice if I can find a decent one or Saxo VTS...

Do you just want something a little more basic?
106 GTI's are nice little cars, basically the same as a VTS but without the bad reputation

quick little cars though and perfect for trackdays

Its difficult to save enough for a house deposit so the car must come secondary....... the joys of getting old lol

With the miles I do the car doesn't cost me much to run etc (nor does insurance now), just need to take take some of the cash out of the cars value.

Getted to have to do it though

What are you putting her up for mate? Silver is not so common on the 9N3 GTI's so you shouldn't have any problems finding a buyer

Probably about £6,800 looking at the others on offer. 2007 with only 38,000 miles, winter pack, parking sensors, iPod lead etc

I hope it sells quickly, I won't be able to cope if it's a long and dragged out sale
